Ingredients used in DINGRI AUR NIMONA SHIKAMPURI
• Dingri (mushrooms) - 1/2 cup.
• Green peas - 1 cup.
• Spinach(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Paneer(grated) - 2-3 tablespoons.
• Roasted bengal gram powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Butter - 3 teaspoons.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Yogurt - 1 tablespoon.
• Onion(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
Take a pan add dingri (mushrooms), green peas, spinach, ginger garlic paste and cook it nicely. Then add paneer, roasted bengal gram, salt, garam masala and cook it. Transfer into a mixie jar and blend it. Then transfer into a plate. Make portions of it and prepare like a balls. Make holes in between. For stuffing in curd add chopped onions, salt and mix it. Put stuffing mixture into the nimona holes then close it and shape it. Heat the pan add butter then add nimona shikampuri on it. Cook it on both the sides. After cooking it transfer into a serving plate and add butter on top it. Dingri aur nimona shikampuri is ready to serve.
