DINGRI AUR NIMONA SHIKAMPURI

Ingredients used in DINGRI AUR NIMONA SHIKAMPURI
• Dingri (mushrooms) - 1/2 cup.
• Green peas - 1 cup.
• Spinach(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Paneer(grated) - 2-3 tablespoons.
• Roasted bengal gram powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Butter - 3 teaspoons.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Yogurt - 1 tablespoon.
• Onion(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Take a pan add dingri (mushrooms), green peas, spinach, ginger garlic paste and cook it nicely.
  • Then add paneer, roasted bengal gram, salt, garam masala and cook it.
  • Transfer into a mixie jar and blend it.
  • Then transfer into a plate.
  • Make portions of it and prepare like a balls.
  • Make holes in between.
  • For stuffing in curd add chopped onions, salt and mix it.
  • Put stuffing mixture into the nimona holes then close it and shape it.
  • Heat the pan add butter then add nimona shikampuri on it.
  • Cook it on both the sides.
  • After cooking it transfer into a serving plate and add butter on top it.

Dingri aur nimona shikampuri is ready to serve.
