Ingredients used in Egg Chapathi
• Mint leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Chilli powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - half tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Egg - 4 number.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 1 number.
• Oil (or) ghee - to fry.
Method:
  • Mix wheat flour with salt ,little amount of oil and sugar .make a dough with water,knead well and keep aside for 1/2hour.
  • Beat the egg with little amount of water or milk ,then mix onion,cumin,coriander leaves,mint leaves,ginger garlic paste,green chilli,little amount of salt and all powders to egg mixture.
  • Make a chappathi as thin ,put on the hot tawa turn over,when it bubbles apply ghee or oil,pour little amount of egg mixture and sprea evenly,apply ghee to sides ofchappathi,turn it.

Cook till egg mixture cook,serve hot

i haven't tried ur recepie yet but will n a few days! I think it'd be easy to make but delicious all the same!! :) however why did u add sugar in it? Can it be avoided?? Pls reply!
