Full Chicken Dum Biryani Hyderabadi

Ingredients used in Full Chicken Dum Biryani Hyderabadi
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 4 number.
• Mint leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Brown onions - 1 cup.
• Ghee - 3 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Curd - 1 cup.
• Full chicken - 1 number.
• Water - as required.
• Oil - as required.
• Rice - 3 cup.
• Boiled eggs - 2 number.
• Saffron water - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, green chilies, mint leaves, brown onions, ghee, salt, lemon juice, curd and mix it well.
  • Marinate the gashed full chicken with the prepared masala paste and let it rest.
  • Boil water in a pan, season with salt, add basmatirice, cook tillrice is 90% cooked and turn off the flame.
  • Heat oil in apan, transfer marinated chicken, boiled eggs, fry it, now transfer the basmati rice which is almost cooked rice, sprinkle brown onions, saffron water, cover with a lid, seal the edges of the lidwith dough, and cook for 10 minutes onhigh flame, reduce the flame to slow and cook for another 20 to 25 minutes.

Delicious and spicy Full Chicken Dum Biryani Hyderabadi is now ready to serve with raitha of your choice.
