I didnt get what u mean when u say collect what is left on top when u make yoghurt. Yoghurt sets right, whats there to collect in it? Confused :-(

this is how we do it in india.... we boil milk nd then when it cools down u get a thin layer on top of the milk... u remove that everyday and collect it in a box.... after a few days u make a paste in the mixer... and butter will separate from milk t
