Ingredients used in Golden Button Cookies
• All purpose flour - 140 grams.
• Egg (half an egg) - 1 numbers.
• Vanilla essence - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Sugar powder - 50 grams.
• Butter - 55 grams.
• Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
In a bowl add butter, powder sugar cream it, add vanilla essence, half an egg, all purpose flour, mix this like a soft dough, put it into the refrigerator some time, then roll it out and sprinkle the brown sugar on top and again roll it once, Cut them into small button shape, arrange them on baking tray and bake them at 180c for 12 minutes.
