Ingredients used in CHINESE NOODLE OMELET
• Boiled noodles - 1 cup.
• Capsicum - 1 numbers.
• Carrots - 2 numbers.
• Red cabbage - 1 numbers.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Spring onions - 1 numbers.
• Green chilli - 3 numbers.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Chilly sauce - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Eggs - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Bread slices - 2 numbers.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Take a bowl add sliced capsicum, carrot, red cabbage, onions, spring onions, green chili, pepper powder, chili sauce, salt and mix it to keep it aside.
  • Now take another bowl add eggs and beat it well and pour into vegetables to mix it.
  • Place a pan on the stove and add 2 tsp of oil and spread it then add noodles and pour this egg mixture on noodle and cover it with a lid to cook it on very slow flame for 2 mins, cook it both the sides.
  • Now transfer it to a plate, then on the same pan take two bread slice fry it till they change little bit color and switch off the flame.
  • Now cut the omelet into four pieces and place in the middle of the bread slice.

Tasty Chinese noodle omelet is ready to serve.
