Ingredients used in KAJU SWEET
• Milk - 500 ml.
• Sugar - 1/2 cup.
• Cashew nut - 10 numbers.
• Custard powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Cardamom powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Fresh cream - 1/4 cup.
Method:
In a pan add milk, sugar and boil it. Crush cashew nut with pestle into a coarse powder. Mix custard powder in little water and transfer into boiling milk and mix nicely. Cook it for 1 minute and switch off flame. Add cardamom powder, cashew nut coarse powder and mix nicely. Allow it cool in deep freezer for 10 minutes and add fresh cream, mix it. Now kaju sweet is ready to serve.
