Ingredients used in maida hot biscuits
• 1kg maida , 5-6 onions , 5-6 green chillies , curry leaves , coriander leaves , garlic ginger paste , chilly powder , turmeric powder & salt - fine to fry.
Method:
In a kadai add 2-3 tbsp oil then heat it in midium flame then add chopped onion , fine chopped green chilies and fry it till it turn light browen and allow it to cool , in a dish add 1 kg maida then put fried onion & fine chopped green chilies , then add 2 tbsp chilly powder , 1/2 tsp turmeric powder , chopped coriander & curry leaves , garlic ginger paste 1 tbsp then 3-4 tbsp hot oil & 2 tbsp butter in maida & make a dough of it. make small balls of it & make it as chapatti & cut it as ur wish & fry in in oil till in turn light browen
