Ingredients used in Orange Tea Biscuits
• Orange essence - 2 drops.
• All purpose flour - 225 grams.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Sugar powder - 75 grams.
• Orange peel - 20 grams.
• Butter - 150 grams.
Method:
Take a bowl, add butter, sugar powder, cream it then add egg in little by little quanties along with orange essence, all purpose flour, mix it well. Take a piping bag and fill the mixture into this then in baking tray pipe it in circular motion (i.e., in cookie shape). Take fresh orange peel and cut them into juliennes, add sugar to it. Then mix it and put them on the top of the biscuits and bake them at 180 degree centigrade for 15 minutes.
