Ingredients used in PHILIPS AIR FRYER DRUMS OF HEAVEN
• Chicken wings - 250 grams.
• Soya sauce - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Egg - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chili paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cornstarch - 1 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lime juice - 2 tea spoon.
• Oil - 2 tablespoon.
Method:
Take a bowl, add soya sauce, egg mixture, chili paste, vinegar, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, chopped coriander, pepper powder, chopped garlic, salt, mix it well. Then add chicken wings and coat it well. Even add corn starch, all purpose flour, lime juice, mix it well again. Preheat the air fryer at 180 degree centigrade for 3 minutes. Place the chicken wings in the basket and fry them for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes pull them out and apply the oil and again put them back into the air fryer and fry them for 4-5 minutes. Serve this yummy Drums of heaven.
