Anyone know what is the yellow/orange thing he sprinkles on the salad at the end? It sounds like he's saying "sev", but I don't know what that is. Is it saffron?

its a savory snack made with gram flour i think (chickpea flour), its crunchy and salty...not saffron... i guess you could find it in an indian store

Its not saffron. Its deep fried noodle kind of thing. Available at Indian grocery store.
