Ingredients used in POTATO LEEK SOUP
• Garlic chopped - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• White pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chives (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Potato - 1 number.
• Chicken stock - 3 cups.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• Leeks (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Onions (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Cream - 1/4 cup.
Method:
Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic, chopped onion sauteed for some time. Add chopped leeks add diced potatoes cook for some time. Add stock and cook for 5 minutes, remove from the stove and blend it into a paste Again pour the paste into the saucepan add some more stock, Add salt and pepper powder bring it to the boiling, after removing from the stove add fresh cream, garnish with chives and serve it.

A really nice variation is to use soured cream instead of regular cream - the combination of flavours is INCREDIBLE

I LOVE this preparation! Usually everyone adds sage to this (which I'm allergic to) so great to see a more simple pure version as I love this soup (except for the sage lol)
