This is a fantastic recipe. Tried making it and it turned out extremely good. Also it takes very less time to cook. Instead of using just water, I took 50% milk and 50% water. For more flavor I added cardomom powder and a little bit of camphor powder

I substituted water for milk,sugar content same 1 cup for 1 cup rava,it came good.

The recipe is very good. Can milk be substituted with water. If so what is the water sugar ratio and what consistency of syrup to be made.
