RAW MANGO AND BOTTLE GOURD PEEL CHUTNEY

Ingredients used in RAW MANGO AND BOTTLE GOURD PEEL CHUTNEY
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Garlic - 4-5 cloves.
• Bottle gourd peel - 1 cup.
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Raw mango - 1 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, cumin seeds, bottle gourd peel, green chillies and cook it.
  • Take a mixie jar, add raw mango, cooked bottle gourd mixture, salt, and blend into coarse paste.

Now raw mango bottle gourd peel chutney is ready to serve.
