Ingredients used in Staff Chicken Curry
• Mint (chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - ½ tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Chicken stock - 1-1/2 cup.
• Bell pepper - 1 number.
• Potatoes - 2 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chilly - 4 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Tomatoes - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Chicken - 500 grams.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Chili powder - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions, salt, turmeric, curry leaves, chicken, green chilly, ginger garlic paste, mix it well. Add potatoes, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilly powder, chicken stock, chopped mint, bell pepper, tomatoes, cook this till chicken is tender. Add chopped coriander and switch off the flame. Serve hot with rice.

lol stop complaining about language. This is youtube, not a kids place. I honestly did not even notice any bad language at all. Good video Va Chef, its cool to see how a dish can evolve from a bunch of different people.
