Ingredients used in Stuffed Banana Peppers
• Roasted bengal gram flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander chopped - 2 tablespoons.
• Paneer grated - 50 grams.
• Garlic chopped - 1 tea spoon.
• Chilly powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Mushrooms & stems(chopped) - 100 grams.
• Banana peppers - 7 numbers.
• Mustard paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons.
• Amchur powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • In a bowl add mushrooms, stems cut them into small pieces.
  • Add salt, chilly powder, chopped garlic, cumin powder, amchur powder, Indian chat masala, mix it well and add paneer, chopped coriander, roasted bengal gram flour, mix it up.
  • Take the banana peppers (cut them and remove seeds stalks, tip part)
  • Stuff the mushroom paneer mixture.
  • Heat oil in a pan add stuffed banana peppers put the lid on cook for some time.
  • Take mustard paste, dilute with lemon juice and add salt, mix it.
  • Pour the mustard paste liquid on the top of the stuffed banana peppers.

Serve this with biryani or as finger foods.
