sooji is Semolina flour...you can find it in indian/paki/middle eastern markets. Also, I find it easier to use Cream of Wheat, it's the same thing and can be found in any supermarket.

no ladle butterfly today :( This look really delicious. I like the savory ones. I always go over to my Indian friend's apartment when we're at college, and raid her fridge for mango pickles and eat it with the flatbreads : )
