Ingredients used in Walnut Saffron Pulao
• Water - as required.
• Whole garam masala spices - 2 numbers.
• Soaked basmati rice - 2 cups.
• Saffron water - 1 tablespoon.
• Ghee - 1 tablespoon.
• Cashew nuts - 5 numbers.
• Almonds - 5 numbers.
• Raisins - 6 numbers.
• Walnuts - 7 numbers.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Boil water in a pan, add whole garam masala spices, soaked basmati rice, saffron water, ghee and cook it.
  • Heat ghee in a fresh pan, add cashew nuts, almonds, raisins, walnuts when they are roasted even add sugar, waterand cook to prepare a syrup of thick consistency.
  • Now transfer the syrup to the pan with rice almost cooked and leave it for 5 more minutes.

Hot and delicious Walnut Saffron Pulao is now ready to serve.
