Ingredients used in Wheat Flour Sev
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Chickpea flour (less than ½ cup) - 2 tablespoons.
• Asafoetida - 1 pinch.
• Carom seeds - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Red chilly powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water (to mix dough) - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
Take a bowl, add wheat flour, chickpea flour, asafoetida, carom seeds, red chilly powder, salt and mix nicely, later mix it using water to make slightly tightly dough. Divide into big portions and place in tiny holes murukku press Press it in hot oil and deep fry , later transfer into a plate. Now wheat flour sev is ready to serve.
