Ingredients used in puffed rice(breakfast)
• Puffed rice (borugulu r murmura) - 500 grams.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Green chillis - 5 numbers.
• Salt - 1 to taste.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Coriander - 1/2 bunch.
• Curry leaves - 8 clove.
• Mustard seed - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Jeera - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Turmeric powder - pinch pinch.
• Lemon juice - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
cut onions , green chilles take a pan add oil add mustard seed,jeera,curry leaves if it starts spattour add onions and green chillis fry till onions becomes brown now add turmeric powder to it fry for one minute now add lemon juice and salt to dat fry ingredients now take ur puffed rice soak in water for 10 minutes till it becomes smooth and take out from water remember some water have to stick to dat puffed rice now add dis puffed rice to dat onions and mix well... Fnally add chopped coriander dats it...ready!!!! NOTE: if u want more lemon u can add more jucie
