Ingredients used in Pune Potato Curry
• , tumeric powder - to taste.
• Jeera - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Green chillis - 2 piece.
• Coconut - 1/2 cup.
• Tomato - 1 piece.
• Potato - 4 piece.
• Coriander leaf - 1/2 cup.
Method:
Put coconut, green chillies, coriander leaf, jeera in a mixie and make it a coarse paste. In a kadai add some water and after it is heated add tomatoes to the boiling water to this. Then add boiled potatoes cut into cubes. Add tumeric powser and salt and let it boil. After 3 to 4 mins add the coconut paste and let it boil for another 3 to 4 mins. This kuruma will be a little more liquid. This will be great with puris and rotis.
