Ingredients used in quick prawn fry
• Oil to fry - to fry.
• Salt to taste - to taste.
• Red chilli powder - 1.5 tsp tablespoons.
• Courn flour - 3 tsp tablespoons.
• Rice flour - 3 tsp tablespoons.
• Besan - 2.5 tsp tablespoons.
• Garlic paste - 1 tsp tablespoons.
• Ginger paste - 1 tsp tablespoons.
• Bread crums - 1 teaspoons.
• Prawns/shrimps - 500 grams.
Method:
add all the ingredients to a bowl mix it with water or an egg mix to make a thick paste . now add shrimps and bread crums/rawa to the mixture and mix it well, now heat oil in a pan and fry these shrimps in a low flame yes its ready to serve
