• Finely chopped curry leaves and corriander leaves - small.
• Finely chopped green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Finely chopped onion (1 onion) - 1 numbers.
• Drumstick leaves (murungai keerai) - 1 cup.
• Raagi flour - 2 cup.
• Salt to taste - .
• Enough water to make it like a thick dough - .
• Little oil - .
Method:
Mix Raagi flour with drumstick leaves (take only the leaves without any stem), finely chopped onion, green chillies, curry leaves, corriander leaves and salt. Add very little water to this mixture and make it like a tough dough (like vada dough). After making dough, you can make the rotis immediately. Don#39;t need to let it to stand for sometime. Make a lemon size balls of this dough and press it with your hands on a oil coated surface and make it like a roti. Then heat a pan and cook this roti on both sides (about 1 min on each side) and sprinle little oil when cooking. Do not burn the roti too much while cooking.
