Ingredients used in RANGOON ROTI
• Rice flour - 3 cup.
• Grated carrot - 1 cup.
• Grated beetroot - 1 cup.
• Grated coconut - 1 cup.
• Beans - 10 numbers.
• Chopped cabbage - 1 cup.
• Coriander leaves - 2 bunch.
• Green chilli - 5 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Soaked bengal gram - 1 tea spoon.
• Green gram - 1 tea spoon.
• Soaked sesame seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 4 springs.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
Method:

1.Take a bowl and add rice flour, carrot, beetroot, coconut, chopped beans, cabbage, bengal gram, green gram, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, coriander leaves, curry leaves, salt, oil, water and mix it like a chapati dough and keep it aside. 2.Now make small dumplings with dough and press on a plastic cover by apply some water like chapati. 3.Heat tawa on stove and pour some oil and place this roti on tawa and cook on both the side. 4.Tasty rangoon roti is ready to serve.
