Ingredients used in Ras malai
• Milk - 4 cup.
• Ilaychi - 4 numbers.
• Kesar - 1 pinch.
• Pista (optional) - 10 numbers.
• Canned ras gulla - 1 can.
• Sugar (according to taste) - 1/4 cup.
Method:
For milk. 1. Boil Milk and add sugar, kesar, ilaychi powder and pistas. 2. Boil milk for 5 mins. 1. Heat 2 cups of water. Heat to temperature in which you can put your hand. 2. squeeze out any sugar water from rusgulla and put it in hot water , one by one. 3. Now squeeze out the water from russgulla and put them in milk. refrigerate this for 2 hrs. rasmalai is ready. ENJOY !!
