Ingredients used in RAVI-ALOO
• Red pepper - 1/2 to taste.
• Coriander seeds - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Zira - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Salt - PINCH pinch.
• Onions - 1 large.
• Potato - 2 large.
Method:
FRY ONE MED. CHOPPED ONIONS, ZIRA SEEDS, 1/2 TSP. CORIANDER SEEDS, CORIANDER POWDER, 1/2 TSP. GARAM MASALA AND METHI. DROPP ALL WITH CHOPPED POTATOES UNTIL 90% DONE. BRING RAVIOLI TO BOIL OR UNITL ELDENTE ( SOFT). AFTER POTATOS DONE, PUT EVERYTHING IN THE FRYING PAN UNTIL THE RAVIOLI IS BROWNED. THIS IS THE MOST AUTHENTIC TASTE I HAVE EVER DISCOVERED.
