Ingredients used in rawa dhokla
• Green chili - 2 numbers.
• Hing - pinch.
• Mustrad seed - 1 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 8-10 .
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Sugar - 2 teaspoons.
• Cumin seed - 1 teaspoons.
• Finely chopped green chilli - 2 teaspoons.
• Yogurt - 3/4 cup.
• Rawa(suji)(semolina) - 1.5 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Enough water - .
• Eno/ soda - .
• Coriander leaves - .
In a bowl take suji, add yogurtamp;enough water to make slightly thin batter. Keep aside for 2-3 hour. Now add sugar,green chilli,salt mix well. In a pan heat 2 tsp oil, add jeeraamp;hing, spread it over suji mixture, mix well. Add eno/soda , mix well Pour this mixture in a greased container,steam dhokla at least 10-15 mn. Afterward, cut the dhokla into square shape. Now heat oil in a pan ,add mustrad seed ,curry leaves amp;green chilli. Once it start sputtering,put all dhoklas in tadka, mix carefull otherwise will broke down. Dhokla is ready to eat, serve hot with green chutney
