Ingredients used in ROS OMELETTE
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Onions(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Tomatoes(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Red chilly powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Fresh coconut paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Garam masala powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Eggs - 2 numbers.
• Pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Mint leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoons.
• Coriander eaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoons.

1. Heat oil in a pan and add onions, salt, and saute it for 2 mins. 2. To it add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, tomatoes, red chilly powder, little salt and saute it, later place lid cook it for 2 mins with lid on it. 3. Remove lid add fresh coconut paste, garam masala powder, little water and cook with lid on it, Later switch off flame. 4. Take a bowl and add eggs, pepper powder, green chillies, mint leaves, coriander eaves, salt and beat it. 5. Heat 1 tbs oil in a pan and pour beaten eggs and cook it on both sides. 6.Take a serving bowl and pour cooked ros and place omelette. 7. Now ros omelette is ready to serve with poori, roti, rice.
