Ingredients used in Sambu Sil
• Small mutton pieces (boiled) - 300 grams.
• Olive oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Raisins - 1 tablespoon.
• All purpose flour - 1 (1/2) cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Onion paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add onion paste, garlic paste, raisins pieces, mutton, cinnamon powder, salt, pepper powder and saute it,
  • Once the mutton mixture is ready then keep the stuffing aside.
  • In a bowl add all purpose flour, salt, olive oil, water and mix like a poori dough.
  • Take small dumpling with the help of rolling pin press like poori.
  • Now keep the stuffing in the middle close the edges by applying water and deep fry in hot oil and serve it hot.
