Ingredients used in Satu ka Parrantha
• Chopeed onion,green chilly,green coriender - 1 cup.
• Satu - 1 cup.
• Pure ghee or butter - 1 cup.
• Whole wheat flour - 2 cup.
• Salt, anardana ,red chilly powder - to taste.
Method:
1-whole wheat Dough 2-5 table spoon pure Ghee or butter 3-One cup Satu(roasted powder of Ground gram) 4- Some chopped,onions,green chilly,Anardana,coriender leaves salt method- MIX all items of except item number 1 and 2.with little water to make hard dough of satu. take 2 inch round chapati ball and spread little to put equal size of satu ball in it.With the help of both hand make one ball so that filling of satu can take proper shape.than with the help of belan spread as much as can be and put on tava at medium fire. serve it with curd,pickle ,papad or any chatney.
