Ingredients used in Sausage Rolls
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Butter - 1/2 cup.
• Water (to mix dough) - 1/2 cup.
• Chicken sausage - 5-6 numbers.
• Egg wash - 1-2 teaspoons.
Method:
Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, salt, butter, water and mix nicely to make a dough. If required rest if for 5-10 minutes. Roll dough into thick sheet. Apply butter and fold it like as shown in video. Cut into pieces. In each piece place the chicken sausage and apply water or egg wash or butter to edge and roll it like as shown in video. Bake it 200 degree centigrade for 15 minutes. Now the hot sausage rolls are ready to serve.
