Ingredients used in Sev Ganthia Saag
• Sev or ganthia - 1 cup.
• Cumin seeds - half tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - half tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Sugar - half tea spoon.
• Asafoetida - 2 pinch.
• Amchoor - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves - half tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - as required.
• Cumin seeds - half tea spoon.
Method:
  • Mix all dry masala in 1 cup water.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add seeds and asafoetida, allow to splutter.
  • Add masala mixture, allow to simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • Then add sugar and stir to dissolve. Add ganthia or sev, mix.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander

Serve hot with phulka or thepla, or roti.
