Ingredients used in BHINDI FRY WITH GARLIC
• Dry red chillies - 5-6 numbers.
• Coriander seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cardamom - 1 no.
• Cloves - 3 numbers.
• Cinnamon stick - 1 no.
• Peppercorns - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Garlic - 10 number.
• Oil - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Ladies finger (pieces) - 1 cup.
Method:
First, dry roast red chillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cardamon, cloves, cinnamon stick peppercorns, curry leaves then transfer to blender. Grind to a coarse powder by adding garlic cloves. Heat oil in a pan, add okra and saute it on high flame for 3-4 minutes. Transfer fried bhindi into a plate and remove excess oil. Heat same pan, add fried bhindi, salt, coarse powder and stir fry. Bhindi fry with garlic is now ready to serve.

hello Mrs vahchef! you did a variety of brinjal dishes.....could you please do some with French beans too :) in my family, French beans is the only beans liked by all and I want to cook it in different variations.?
