- First, dry roast red chillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cardamon, cloves, cinnamon stick peppercorns, curry leaves then transfer to blender.
- Grind to a coarse powder by adding garlic cloves.
- Heat oil in a pan, add okra and saute it on high flame for 3-4 minutes.
- Transfer fried bhindi into a plate and remove excess oil.
- Heat same pan, add fried bhindi, salt, coarse powder and stir fry.
Bhindi fry with garlic is now ready to serve.
