BHINDI FRY WITH GARLIC

Ingredients used in BHINDI FRY WITH GARLIC
• Dry red chillies - 5-6 numbers.
• Coriander seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cardamom - 1 no.
• Cloves - 3 numbers.
• Cinnamon stick - 1 no.
• Peppercorns - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Garlic - 10 number.
• Oil - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Ladies finger (pieces) - 1 cup.
Method:
  • First, dry roast red chillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cardamon, cloves, cinnamon stick peppercorns, curry leaves then transfer to blender.
  • Grind to a coarse powder by adding garlic cloves.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add okra and saute it on high flame for 3-4 minutes.
  • Transfer fried bhindi into a plate and remove excess oil.
  • Heat same pan, add fried bhindi, salt, coarse powder and stir fry.

Bhindi fry with garlic is now ready to serve.
