Ingredients used in Seviyan
• Vemicelli noodles (seviyan) - 50 grams.
• Raisins (kishmish - 2 tablespoons.
• Nuts (almonds & pistachios - 2 tablespoons.
• Cardamoms (ilaichi - 2 numbers.
• Condensed milk - 1/2 can.
• Whole milk - 500 ml.
• Clarified butter (ghee) or butter - 1 tablespoons.
Method:

1) Heat clarified butter or butter in a pan, fry the vermicelli until it turns light brown.

2) Separately in a pot bring the milk to a boil. Add condensed milk, vermicelli and cardamom powder. Cook for 2about 3 minutes or until it gets soft. Finally top with raisins and nuts.
