Ingredients used in Shahi Pulao
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Chopped coriander - 1/2 bunch.
• Chopped mint - 1/2 bunch.
• Fried onion - 1 tablespoons.
• Sugar - 1 teaspoons.
• Black cumin - 1 tablespoons.
• Green chilli - 3 numbers.
• Rice - 2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
1.Soak rice for 30mins. 2.Take a pan add oil,shahi jeera amp; little sugar.Mix it well so that the sugar caramalizes amp; gives brown color. 3.Add onions to it,ginger garlic paste ,add slit green chillies ,chopped mint ,coriander amp; salt.saute well. 4.Add the soaked rice with double amount of water. 5.Cook rice by covering it with the lid.Add fried onions when 90% cooked. 6.It is ready to be served.
