Ingredients used in Shrimp ginger spicy salad
• Chopped fresh corriander - 2 tablespoons.
• Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons.
• Grated coconut - 3 tablespoons.
• Cooked salad shrimp - 1 lbs.
• Fresh ginger grated - 1/2 inch .
• Green chillies - 2 big.
• Finely chopped onion - 3 tablespoons.
Method:

Crush chillis, ginger, salt, coconut in. Mix with shrimp and chopped onions. Add lemon juice and garnish with corriander. Adjust for salt and taste. Keep aside for about 5 minutes. Serve.
