Ingredients used in simple egg thouku
• Fennel seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Chopped tomato - 2 big.
• Chopped onion - 3 big.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Corrinder powder - 3 tablespoons.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Egg( boiled) - 5 big.
• Crushed ginger , garlic - 1 tablespoons.
• Oil - to fry.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:

medium flame in frying pan add the oil put the fennel seed and add onion , tomato, ginger, garlic, cook until like paste add salt ,red chillie powder , corrinder powder, garam masala powder, cook until like gravy add little water and then add the egg ( make some hole or cut the eggs) turn off flame . add curry leaves and corrinder leaves( uses little more oil)
