Ingredients used in Sooji Poornalu
• Cardmom powder - pinch.
• Water - 3 cup.
• Sugar - 1and1/2 .
• Sooji - 1 cup.
• Rice - 1and1/4 cup.
• Urad dal - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - pinch.
• Ghee - 1/4 cup.
Method:
Soak Urad Dal and rice in water for 6 hours and add little salt and grind it and keep a side for whole night. Next in a pan pour water and add sugar and allow it to boil by strring, mean while fry sooji in little ghee and pour it by stirring in water which is getting boiled in other stove.Stir it untill it gets like hard.Add little ghee on it.Allow it to cool for some time make round balls and add little water to already made urad dal batter and dip it in that and fry in oil with low flame till golden brown and serve them.
