Ingredients used in Spicy Rasam
• Corinder leaves - 5 stricks.
• Curry leaves - 10 leaf.
• Mustard - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Hing - 1 pinch.
• Turmeric power - 1 pinch.
• Tamrind - little small.
• Tomatoes - 2 .
• Geera - 1 1/4 teaspoons.
• Pepper corn - 1 1/4 teaspoons.
• Garlic cloves - 4 clove.
• Dry red chilli - 8 small.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - .
• Oil - 3 teaspoons.
1)Boil tamrind ,turmeric power,salt,tomatoes for 5 mins with some water 2)then make a paste geera , pepper, garlic,red chillies without water. 3) put oil in a pan add mustard seeds, curry leaves, hing , 4) then pour this to the mixture which was boiled (1st step) add some more water amp; corinder leaves keep only till you see some froth amp; turn off the stove.
