Ingredients used in spicy tomato pulao
• GARAM MASALA 1 Pinch.
• CHILLY POWDER 1 Tablespoons.
• TURMERIC POWDER 1 Teaspoons.
• GINGER-GARLIC PASTE 5 Tablespoons.
• ONIONS(BIG) 2 Numbers.
• TOMATOES 3 Numbers.
• SALT 1 Tablespoons.
• RICE 2.5 Cup.
How to make the recipe:
In a pressure cooker pour oil/ghee,add spices(preferred ones like bay leaves,cardamom etc),add ginger garlic paste and sort it till it becomes brown.chop the onions and blend it in to a fine paste and add to the pan.sort it till it slightly becomes brown.Add the chopped tomatoes and sort it and add chilly powder,turmeric powder,garam masala and salt and then add the finely washed rices and pour 3 cups of water and then close the pan and leave for 4 whistles.Now the rice should be garnished with chopped corriander leaves.
