SPINACH CHUTNEY

Main Ingredient : Spinach

Ingredients used in SPINACH CHUTNEY
• Sesame seeds - 1-2 teaspoons.
• Fenugreek seeds - 1 pinch.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 10 numbers.
• Spinach (chopped) - 3 bunch.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Heat pan and add sesame seeds, fenugreek seeds and dry roast it, later transfer into blender to blend into powder
  • Heat oil in a pan and add green chillies, spinach, coriander leaves and saute it.
  • Transfer into blender, add salt to make a smooth paste.

Now spinach chutney is ready to serve.

you ever watched your husband's spinach chutney? too much of conflicted recipe between husband & wife... who is the real chef here... one who adds too much oil or the opposite? Don't ruin the authentic Indian's recipe with your fancy
