Ingredients used in spring onion chutney
• Corriander - to taste.
• Spring onions - 1 bunch.
• Jaggery/ sugar - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Tamarind/ tamarind juice - 1/4 cup.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 2-3 tablespoons.
• Dried red chilli - 3-4 numbers.
1) Grind chopped spring onions, dried red chillies, tamarind, jaggery and coriander coarsely. 2) Pour oil in a pan and add the tempering containing mustard seeds, cumin seeds and a pinch of hing (optional) and then add the above mixture into it. 3) fry for 2- 3 minutes and it#39;s done. server hot with rice.
