Ingredients used in Staff Chicken Curry
• Mint chopped - 1 bunch.
• Coriander powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Garam masala - 1 teaspoons.
• Chicken stock - 1 cup.
• Bell pepper - 2 numbers.
• Potatoes - 3 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Green chilly - 3 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Tomatoes - 4 numbers.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Onion chopped - 1 numbers.
• Chicken - 500 grams.
• Coriander chopped - 1 bunch.
Method:
  1. Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions, salt, turmeric, curry leaves, chicken, green chilly, ginger garlic paste, mix it well,nbsp;
  2. add potatoes, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilly powder, chicken stock, chopped mint, bell pepper, tomatoes, cook this till chicken is tender.
  3. nbsp;Add chopped coriander and switch off the flame.
