- Blend peanuts, tamarind, salt, green chilies to afine paste.
- Slit bhindi(i.e., ladies finger) into 2 equal halves and stuff withthe prepared paste.
- Now take chickpea flour in a bowl, add ajwain, baking soda, apinch of salt(if required) and mix well to prepare athick batter by adding water in small quantities.
- Dip the stuffed bhindi in the prepared batter and deep fry in hot oil.
