Stuffed Bhindi Bajji

Ingredients used in Stuffed Bhindi Bajji
• Bhindi/ladies finger - 250 cube.
• Peanuts - 2 tablespoons.
• Tamarind (small lemon size) - 1 number.
• Green chilies - 7 number.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chickpea flour/besan - 1/2 cup.
• Baking soda - pinch.
• Ajwain - 1 tablespoon.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Blend peanuts, tamarind, salt, green chilies to afine paste.
  • Slit bhindi(i.e., ladies finger) into 2 equal halves and stuff withthe prepared paste.
  • Now take chickpea flour in a bowl, add ajwain, baking soda, apinch of salt(if required) and mix well to prepare athick batter by adding water in small quantities.
  • Dip the stuffed bhindi in the prepared batter and deep fry in hot oil.

Hot and deliciousStuffed Bhindi Bajjis are now ready to serve.
