Ingredients used in Stuffed Squid
• Squid - 4 numbers.
• Sake - 1/3 cup.
• Soysauce - 4 tablespoons.
• Mrin - 3 tablespoons.
• Chicken breasts - as required.
• Onion (chopped) - 1/3 cup.
• Egg - 1 number.
• All-purpose flour (maida) - 3 tablespoons.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Remove guts and legs from squids and clean the squids.
  • Chop the legs into small pieces.
  • In a bowl, add mince chicken breast, flour, onion, 1tbsp soy sauce, egg, chopped squid legs and mix well.
  • Stuff the filling in each squid and close the pocket using a toothpick.
  • Make a couple of cuts on top of each squid.
  • In a pan, put water, sake, mirin rest of soysauce.
  • Add squids in the pan and simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.

Serve hot.
