Ingredients used in Sukha Aloo
• Coriander powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Green chillis (sliced) - 4 number.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - pinch.
• Onion (sliced) - number.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Curry leaves (sliced) - 1 bunch.
• Garlic (sliced) - 5 number.
• Ginger (sliced) - 1 number.
• Potato boiled (sliced) - 2 number.
• Cumin powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • In a pan add butter, cumin seeds, onion, salt, garlic,ginger, green chillies, turmeric, mix well then add curry leaves, coriander leaves chopped cook for few minute ,then add cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder mix well.
  • Then add boiled potatos sliced mix well cook till potatos are slight golden brown colour.

I prefer mine with Cilantro added at the end and no Curry Leaves. But potatoes are great anytime, anyway! You go chef! Yummalicious!!!
