Ingredients used in SWEET DOSA
• Wheat flour - 250 grams.
• Grated jaggery - 250 grams.
• Grated coconut - 2 tablespoons.
• Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Water - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Take the bowl and add wheat flour,grated jaggery, cardamom powder, water and mix it thoroughly like the dosa batter.
  • Mix the grated coconut to the batter.
  • Heat the non stick pan and spread the batter like dosa.
  • Cook both the sides by applying oil.
  • Hot sweet dosa is ready to serve.
