Ingredients used in talimpu rice
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/4 tablespoons.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup.
• Red chilli powder - 1/4 tablespoons.
• Salt - 1 tablespoons.
• Lemons - 1 big.
• Mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Shaw jeera - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Red chilli - 2 .
• Green chilli(splitted) - 4 .
• Onions (finely chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Rice(90%cooked) - 2 cup.
• Fenugreek seeds - 10 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 1 bunch.
• Termaric - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Mix of garam masala and coriander poder - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Mint leaves - 1 bunch.
Method:

1) Take a normal pan , after getting hot add oil , mustard seeds , shaw jeera, fenugreek seeds , red chilli and onions orederly . add ginger garlic paste let it fry until it comes as brown. 2) Now add red chilli , red chilli powder ,termaric powder , curry leaves , one by one mix it real good 3) Add half of the salt then add rice mix well sprinkle rest ingredientsfry it for 5 mins, add ur lemon juice on it . 4) Serve it with any soup or raitha or any curry .....
