Ingredients used in Tandoori chicken
• Dhania powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Yogurt - 1 cup.
• Chicken legs - 5 piece.
• Dried red chillies well crushed - 2 numbers.
• Orange-red colour - 1/4 teaspoons.
Method:
1. Clean and slit the chicken legs and put it in the pressure cooker add yogurt, redchilli powder, salt, red colour, ginger garlic paste, dhania powder and dried red chillies crushed, mix all things together cover the pressure cooker and let it cook on high flame till two wistle blows and then on low flame for 2 to 3 mins then take it off the gas and keep it aside and let it cool down. 2. Now open the pressure cooker Take out the chicken pieces in a plate 3. Cook the left over masala on high flame till it formes a thick paste 4. Dip the chicken pieces into the thick masala. 5. Cover the plate and keep it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours and also u can keep it over night...(not in the freezer). 6. Take chicken out before half n hour when u want to serve 7. Heat a nonstick pan put 2 tbsp oil to grease it and then put the chicken on it and roast it untill u see few parts of the chicken turn brown 8. serve it with raw onion cut into thick rings amp; lemon
