Ingredients used in Tandoori masala
• Cumin seeds - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander seeds - 2 teaspoons.
• Cinnamon sticks - 2 numbers.
• Clove - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Mace powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Dry roast all the whole spices until they smoke.
  • Cool and grind with the powder spices salt in an electric grinder.
  • Store in a small airtight jar for upto 2 months maximum.
